Nepal telecom is telecommunication service provider in Nepal with 91% of government share . It works on different sector of communication. It is also the oldest telecommunication and the only one telecommunication service provider in market of Nepal till 2003.It provides PSTN telphone as well as pre-paid, postpaid and CD-MA network sim. it also provides internet service through wire(ADSL Service,Fiber to the Home,Lease Connectivity) and wireless(.4G LTE,WiMAX Service, EVDO Service, NT Bus Internet). ADSL internet service is most commonly used internet service of nepal telecom so lets learn the ADSL configuration on today's post.
1.open your web browser and login your routers page.(in must of the router your router IP is 192.168.1.1 and username and password is admin)
2. after your router page opens click on setup wizard.
3. click next
4.If you want to change your login password for router page you can change here and click next other wise click on skip.

5. check on automatic synchronize pith internet time server.
6. Now select countryname=other, internet service provider=other, protocol=PPPoE, connection type=LLC,VPI=8, VCI=81. your username will be adsl*******(*=your landline number with area code eg:-(adsl23555555 ) password will be same as username .
7. final step click on apply. your router will reboot and after rebooting enjoy your internet connection.
